• Choose the Configure Client Access under the “Main Web Disk Account“,

• Choose your OS from the drop-down menu and find “Download Configuration Script“.

• Choose your downloaded script. It would simply take few minutes before it asks you for the username & password. Add the Web Disk or cPanel login information, and you would be able to access the website files.

cPanel is highly compatible with IMAP/POP/SMTP technologies. However, in this tutorial, we will use an android built-in email account to conveniently send and receive emails.

1. Tap on the “email Inbox”

2. Mail option> tap on “Menu”> click on the ‘compose’

3. Enter the accurate data in the relevant fields. Add the recipient name in the “To” Type the title or reason to send your mail in the ‘subject’ filed. If you want to send any file, then tap on the ‘insert’ option and select your file. Finally, click on the “Send” option.

2. Locate the email you wish to remove and tap on it. Hold your finger on that email for about 2 seconds.

3. The email will be automatically selected and a few options will appear on the top of your screen.

4. Simply click on the “Delete” A confirmation message will appear to delete that email. Reconfirm it by tapping on the “yes” option.

5. You have successfully deleted the email. In case, you deleted the wrong mail or want to change your decision. You need to quickly click on the “Undo” option at the end of your screen. Otherwise, your valuable email will be deleted forever.

Note: ‘Undo’ option will appear for a few seconds. Tap on it ASAP.

1. Go to your Android phone home screen> tap and hold your finger/thumb for some seconds on the screen> 3 options will appear> Tap on the “Widget”

2. Swipe and locate “Email Folder”> click on it and drop it to your home screen.

3. Drag and drop the widget as shown in the figure.

4. A menu will appear with different folders to choose from, tap on the “inbox” folder.

5. Then click on the “Done” option.

6. You have successfully created a widget read, compose or check emails via that widget.

7. Tap on the widget to read cPanel emails. Moreover, every time you will open the widget all of your emails will       be automatically synced.

8. More importantly, every time you will receive an email the notification will be received on your android smartphone.

• Sign-in to your cPanel account.
• In the ‘’Files” section, tap on the “Disk Space Usage” Icon.

• Here in Disk Space Usage, you can easily check which directory is taking most of the storage. Moreover, you can check MySQL disk storage.

1)  How to check Bandwidth Usage?

• Sign-in to your cPanel account.

• In the ‘’Metrics” section, tap on the “Bandwidth” icon.

2)  How to check the usage of Bandwidth, Email Accounts, or MySQL from a single place?

• Sign-in to your cPanel account and go to the main page.
• On the left menu, tap on the ‘Statistics’

• Here you can easily see Bandwidth, Email Accounts, or MySQL usage.

• Go to your android phone “Settings”.Locate the “Accounts” option and click on the “+Add Account”. 

• Click on the “IMAP” icon or “Corporate” Both of them are similar.

• Enter your Account setup in two sections. Write your cPanel email address and password in the relevant fields.
• Click on the “Next”

• 3 options will pop up on your screen. Click on the “IMAP” option.

• Don’t forget to add your domain name in the Server field> set the port to the 143> Tap on the “Next” (do not change the rest of the options).

• Next, underneath the “SMTP Server” field> Change the default name with “mail.example.com” > Also, set the port to 25> click on the “Next”

• You can also change the “Inbox Check Frequency”. By default, it is 15 minutes. Click on the “Next” button.

• You have successfully added the cPanel email account to your Android smartphone. You will be notified every time you will receive an email.

• Furthermore, you can check your mails manually by Settings > Accounts > IMAP. You can on/off sync as well.

• Click on the ‘backup’ button present under “Backup or Restore”
• In the next step, click “Full or Partial Backup“ option present under “Select Partial Backup“. After that you must click on “Home Directory” to install home directory only, or if you want to download “MySQL Databases“, choose “MySQL Database“.

• Now click the option of the ‘download’ button.
