Sign in to the cPanel account.

Click on the icon ‘MYSQL databases’ in the database section

• Find ‘MYSQL users’ in the usernames area and then add the new name you want to create.
• Enter the new strong password or use a password generator

Sing into the cPanel account.

Sign in to your cPanel account.

Click ‘backup wizard’ option in the files section.

• Click on the ‘backup’ button present under “Backup or Restore”
• In the next step, click “Full or Partial Backup“ option present under “Select Partial Backup“. After that you must click on “Home Directory” to install home directory only, or if you want to download “MySQL Databases“, choose “MySQL Database“.

• Now click the option of the ‘download’ button.
