Have a look at the following steps for creating your email account in cPanel

• Sign in to the cPanel account.
• Click on ‘email account’ in the emails section

• Enter the address you want to create, like “my-first-email“. If you are handling more than a single domain, choose the appropriate domain.
• Enter your new password.
• Change the field, and then find the option “Create Account“.

After creating your email, it would appear under the “Account & Domain” field.

• Under the “Add an E-mail Box” field, add your e-mail address that you want to create 

• Choose “Add” option.

Once the account is created, it would appear under your ‘existing email boxes’
