• Sign in to the cPanel account.
• Click on ‘email account’ in the emails section

• Find the option ‘account @domain’ and you will see your own email account present there.
• If an email ID is server@example.com, you must see the option, \change password’ in front of the email.
• Enter your new password.
• And click on ‘change password’ icon

Congratulations, your password has been successfully changed and you can access the email with this new password.

• Sign in to your SiteWorx account.
• Click ‘hosting features’ present under ‘SiteWorx’ menu
• Click the ‘FTP’ option from the menu and choose ‘accounts’

• Under ‘Actions’ list select an appropriate account to edit
• Find your “Change Password” and “Confirm Password” tabs, enter the new password button to create a new password.
• Click the “Save” button.

Now, you can access the FTP account with your new password

• Find ‘existing email boxes’ and select the email you want to edit

• Add new password in the password field

• Click ‘save’
