  • Sign in to your SolusVM Control Panel.

    • If you have different kinds of VPS, choose the suitable one.

    How to change video type?

     

    • Scroll down further, and check the ‘video’ tab, choose your appropriate video type and reboot VPS.

    How to enable a 2D/3D accelerator?

     

    • Scroll down and find the “Video” tab, and if you are willing to disable 3D Acceleration, select the option “Off” from your dropdown list. And if you need to enable it, select “On” from the 2D/3D Acceleration.

    • Reboot your VPS

     

    Note: Virtualization such as KVM wouldn’t support 2D/3D Acceleration on different operating systems.

    • Sign in to your SolusVM Control Panel.

     

    • If you have different kinds of VPS, choose the suitable one.

    • Scroll down to find a ‘reinstall’ option

    • You may find different options. Choose the operating system which you need to reinstall. Like if you want to install CentOS 7, select it.

    • Scroll down and go to the bottom of the page, click “Reinstall“.

    • Click ‘yes’ on the confirmation window

     

    It will show you a message that reinstallation will take a few minutes and you will also see admin/root password. Copy this password on notepad as you may need it later to access the VPS account later.
