1. Tap on the “email Inbox” icon.

 

2. Mail option> tap on “Menu”> select ‘Refresh’ button.

 

An alternate method, you can fetch or sync your cPanel emails as:

Tap and hold on any blank area. Swipe down to refresh the page. The Emails will automatically start the sync.

 

You can see in the above screenshot; we have successfully received our emails via this method.

Just follow this simple step to step guide:

 

1. Tap on the “email Inbox”

 

2. Locate the email you wish to remove and tap on it. Hold your finger on that email for about 2 seconds.

3. The email will be automatically selected and a few options will appear on the top of your screen.

 

4. Simply click on the “Delete” A confirmation message will appear to delete that email. Reconfirm it by tapping on the “yes” option.

 

5. You have successfully deleted the email. In case, you deleted the wrong mail or want to change your decision. You need to quickly click on the “Undo” option at the end of your screen. Otherwise, your valuable email will be deleted forever.

 

Note: ‘Undo’ option will appear for a few seconds. Tap on it ASAP.

Just Tap on the widget and read your cPanel emails.

 

1. Go to your Android phone home screen> tap and hold your finger/thumb for some seconds on the screen> 3 options will appear> Tap on the “Widget”

 

2. Swipe and locate “Email Folder”> click on it and drop it to your home screen.

 

3. Drag and drop the widget as shown in the figure.

 

4. A menu will appear with different folders to choose from, tap on the “inbox” folder.

 

5. Then click on the “Done” option.

 

6. You have successfully created a widget read, compose or check emails via that widget.

7. Tap on the widget to read cPanel emails. Moreover, every time you will open the widget all of your emails will       be automatically synced.

 

8. More importantly, every time you will receive an email the notification will be received on your android smartphone.

Significantly, you don’t need to install any external application from the Google PlayStore.

 

  • Go to your android phone “Settings”.Locate the “Accounts” option and click on the “+Add Account”. 

 

  • Click on the “IMAP” icon or “Corporate” Both of them are similar.

 

  • Enter your Account setup in two sections. Write your cPanel email address and password in the relevant fields.
  • Click on the “Next”

 

  • 3 options will pop up on your screen. Click on the “IMAP” option.

 

  • Don’t forget to add your domain name in the Server field> set the port to the 143> Tap on the “Next” (do not change the rest of the options).

 

  • Next, underneath the “SMTP Server” field> Change the default name with “mail.example.com” > Also, set the port to 25> click on the “Next”

 

  • You can also change the “Inbox Check Frequency”. By default, it is 15 minutes. Click on the “Next” button.

 

  • You have successfully added the cPanel email account to your Android smartphone. You will be notified every time you will receive an email.

 

  • Furthermore, you can check your mails manually by Settings > Accounts > IMAP. You can on/off sync as well.
