Both are the same.<br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/theemailshop.co.uk\/portal\/img\/android-imap-cpanel-add.gif\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"kb-article-content\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>3.<\/b> In the account setup, enter your full email address such as &#8220;you@example.com&#8221; and your email password. Then Tap on the &#8220;<b>Next<\/b> option.<br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/theemailshop.co.uk\/portal\/img\/email-setup-android.gif\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"kb-article-content\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>4.<\/b> You will get 3 options and you just need to tap on the &#8220;<b>IMAP<\/b>&#8221; option.<br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/theemailshop.co.uk\/portal\/img\/android-select-app.gif\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"kb-article-content\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>5.<\/b> Make sure you are using your domain name in the server field, for example &#8220;example.com&#8221;, and the port should be set to 143. Then tap on the &#8220;<b>Next<\/b>&#8221; button. (Leave all other options as they are.)<br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/theemailshop.co.uk\/portal\/img\/account-setup-android-email.gif\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"kb-article-content\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>6.<\/b> Under &#8220;<b>SMTP Server&#8221;<\/b>, change<b> &#8220;smtp.example.com&#8221; <\/b>to<b> &#8220;mail.example.com&#8221;<\/b> and change the port to 25. Then tap on the<b> &#8220;Next&#8221; <\/b>button. <b><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/theemailshop.co.uk\/portal\/img\/smtp-server-setup-android.gif\" \/><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>7. <span style=\"font-size: small;\">If you want to change the inbox sync frequency, then do it. Now, whenever you receive an email, you will be notified.
